Grow Your Restoration Business

Techdeep Restoration is a referral service. We connect homeowners who need water damage help with independent providers. If you run your own restoration business in Baltimore or the Greater Baltimore area, you may be a fit for our network.

This is not a job posting. You stay your own boss, keep your own crew and set your own prices.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who explain things clearly, much like a good mechanic who shows you the worn part. Strong candidates usually offer one or more of these:

• Water damage restoration
• Flooded basement cleanup
• Water extraction and structural drying
• Mold-related cleanup after water events

Experience with older homes is a plus. Aging cast-iron and galvanized plumbing, plaster and past repairs call for patient work.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us for clarity, so we expect the same from you:

• Hold any licenses and insurance your state requires, and be ready to show them to homeowners
• Give written quotes before work begins
• Explain price changes and the reason behind them
• Answer homeowner questions in plain words
• Be honest about your availability and service area

We do not accept providers who make unrealistic promises to homeowners.

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer
• A brief note on how you handle older homes
• The easiest way for homeowners to reach you

We review each message and reply with next steps if there is a fit. Joining does not guarantee a set number of calls, since homeowner demand changes with the season and the weather.
