Techdeep Restoration is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Baltimore and the Greater Baltimore area with independent local water damage restoration providers. That is the whole job.

Why This Site Exists

Most people meet water damage on a bad day. The terms sound strange, the prices vary, and no one explains why. We built this site to be the patient neighbor who explains how houses work before you spend a dollar.

Our focus is cost clarity. We show typical U.S. price ranges, explain what pushes a job up or down, and encourage you to get a written quote. Quote before work.

How Matching Works

You tell us what happened. That might be a burst pipe, a soaked basement or a slow leak behind a wall. We then point you to a provider in our network that serves your area and handles that kind of job.

Matching is simple on purpose. Share the type of damage, the rooms involved and your town. The more detail you give, the easier it is to point you toward a provider that fits. You can leave out anything you do not know yet.

Think of it like a good librarian. We do not write the book. We help you find the right shelf.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We expect them to:

• Explain the plan in plain words
• Give a written quote before work begins
• Explain any change in price and why it happened
• Treat older homes with extra care

Ask why twice if something is unclear. A good provider will not mind.

Special Care for Older Homes

Older houses hide surprises. Past repairs, aging cast-iron and galvanized pipes, and layers of old flooring can change how a job goes. We encourage providers to look closely before they promise a price. Old house, careful steps.

• We do not set provider prices
• We do not make insurance decisions
• We do not promise timing, since availability varies by provider

Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners pay the provider directly for the work. Techdeep Restoration may receive a referral fee from a provider when a call or request leads to a job. That fee does not change your quote, and you are never obligated to hire anyone.
